Yan S. Campos

Project Management

Yan is a researcher and entrepreneur at heart, who is trained in mechanical engineering and biophysics. He brings experience from the private start-up world, leading all phases of prototyping to the final product, managing multiphase projects, and creating intellectual property and know-how. Yan studied Biophysics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro where he worked as an assistant researcher at the Laboratory of Conjunctive Tissue. Yan also studied Mechanical Engineering and Computer-Aided Design Technology at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

After graduating, he Co-Founded a start-up in the field of additive manufacturing, where he acted as Director of Research and Development creating valuable intellectual property, and developing products for Point-of-Care 3D Printing, personalizing patient care. Early adopters of the technology included medical centers at the University of Stanford, University of Washington, and the University of Louisville. Currently, Yan dedicates his time and knowledge to growing passionate teams to bring meaningful technologies to the market.

Tanna Donalson

Physician Assistant

Tanna Donalson is a Certified Physician Assistant who graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center with a Masters in Public Health. With 14 years of Trauma and Emergency Medicine under her belt, she has been immersed in countless situations where she has been keenly aware that there must absolutely be ways we can improve medicine and the modalities we have to offer patients. Over time, she naturally developed a particular interest in medical technology and is passionate about doing her part to change the future of medicine and find modalities to improve quick diagnosis, quality of life and positive outcomes for patients. She has also become a business consultant to help many other businesses get started as well as starting a few of her own where she is able to practice and use her skill set. She resides in beautiful Golden, Colorado with her 2 children where they spend the majority of their time outdoors enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.

Mike DeCello


Michael is an established medical device professional with a background in engineering. After obtaining two B.S degrees (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering) he went to work for Stryker. At Stryker he worked on orthopedic saws and drills used for hip and knee replacements. From there he ended up working for a startup which was acquired by a major medical device company in 2014. He has over 10 years of experience working with high growth startups and large established large scale medical device companies. Specifically, he has experience scaling supply chain processes to launch new products.
